As a valued member of our team, you will play a critical role in supporting clients' needs through Moody's Analytics PFaroe risk management and valuation technology.

You will gain a thorough understanding of the pensions landscape by ensuring our products, financial models, and technology are optimized to deliver value to clients' businesses.

Main Accountabilities:
  • Sustain high-quality interactions with clients through adherence to established processes.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process enhancements.
  • Maintain robust working relationships within Client Service and partner teams.
  • Capture and communicate client feedback to Product Managers.
  • Develop engaging content for our client Knowledge Base.
  • Oversight of request management and escalation while maintaining client interaction ownership.
Core Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a numerate or computing discipline.
  • Ability to balance adherence to established processes with continuous improvement.
  • Experience working under tight deadlines and as part of a small team.
  • Background in technology or SQL Server is beneficial.
  • Strong customer service skills, eagerness to excel, and commitment to learning.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to persist in problem-solving.
  • Attention to detail and ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills.
  • Capacity for creativity, flexibility, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.
