Job Description:

The Multilingual Customer Experience Specialist will play a vital role in delivering personalized support to customers, resolving queries and complaints efficiently. The ideal candidate should be fluent in English and Italian (C1 level), possess excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced contact center environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resolve standard customer inquiries and complaints by understanding their needs, identifying the root cause, and selecting the best solution.
  • Advise customers on product information, including size, color, stock availability, and care instructions.
  • Assist with online order information requests, such as placement, cancellations, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Follow established communication procedures, guidelines, and policies when interacting with customers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role in a multinational contact center.
  • Fluency in English and Italian (C1 level) speaking and writing.
  • Proficiency in using Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Word, Skype for Business, and basic Excel knowledge.
  • Ability to handle complaints and conflicts while delivering solutions that meet customer needs.
