We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Multilingual Support Expert to join our team at Support Services Group. As a key member of our support services group, you'll be responsible for driving customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving pain points, and maintaining extensive product knowledge.

This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work effectively under pressure. You'll be consulting with customers on how to leverage our product/service based on their unique needs, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is provided.

You'll also be responsible for maintaining working product knowledge, acting as a product expert to ensure the information given to customers is strategic and beneficial. Additionally, you'll be tracking interactions in CRM, recording customer interactions in the internal system for cross-functional awareness and relationship development.

We're looking for an individual who can speak fluent English & Portuguese, with over 6 months of proven experience in Customer service. You'll need to be able to address issues with effective solutions and a positive attitude, as well as have excellent time-management and prioritization skills.
