**Job Description**
You'll be responsible for managing tickets in the Service Now tool, driving end-to-end solutions and timely escalation until resolution. Your developed computer skills and customer service advocacy will be essential in this role.
**Requirements**
- Customer service advocacy
- Developed computer skills (Word, Excel, Explorer, etc)
- SAP and Service Now knowledge
- 1+ year of Customer Service/ Help Desk experience or Procure to Pay experience
- 1+ year of SAP and Service Now knowledge
