Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced Client Technical Support professional to join our Experian Marketing Services team. In this role, you will work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver high-quality support and ensure project success.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to clients
- Collaborate with internal groups to define process requirements and develop effective solutions
- Analyze client data to identify areas for improvement and optimize project outcomes
- Develop and implement program changes and updates as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all assigned projects and communicate status to stakeholders
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical processing environment
- Strong PC skills in MS Office
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
