Your key responsibilities will include:
- Nurturing customer relationships and resolving their queries in a timely and effective manner;
- Preparing to support customer inquiries by studying products and policies, as well as improving the quality of service through submissions to implement new processes and services;
- Following up with customers on issue resolution status and maintaining sensitive information in compliance with local and regional law.
