About the Job:
Huntsman Corporation is a publicly traded global manufacturer and marketer of differentiated and specialty chemicals.
We are seeking a Customer Service Team Lead to supervise, coach, and monitor a team of Pricing & Issue Resolution resources, managing workload and performance.
The role involves:
- Sales Pricing: Assuring correct and approved invoice pricing, credits, debits, consignment billing, demurrage invoicing, rebates, commissions, over and short payment investigations, and sales close activities.
- Issue Resolution: Detecting, documenting, communicating, and investigating process and systems issues in a timely manner towards resolution.
- Process Improvement: Monitoring changing needs of the service, liaising with internal and external customers to identify areas for improvement, and making recommendations for service improvement.
The Customer Service Team Lead will be responsible for:
- Reviewing open orders and order changes ensuring correct pricing, fees, and accruals are present according to business requirements.
- Verifying and seeking approval for manual pricing or payment terms and other order specific special requests.
- Processing blocked orders, reviewing for accuracy, and pushing for timely billing.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, ability to multitask, and strong communication skills.
