Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our Auxis Service Support Team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing technical support to clients via phone, email, or chat;
  • Managing incident queues and assigning tickets as necessary;
  • Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively;
  • Collaborating with the team to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes;
  • Utilizing service management tools and adhering to Auxis operational processes and security policies.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in technical support, excellent communication skills, and a polite, tactful, and friendly character.
