Global Customer Experience Manager

Experian is seeking a talented Director of Enablement and Implementation to join our team and help us drive our transformation efforts.
In this key role, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and delivery of product and process changes that will elevate our customer and employee experience. You will work closely with IT, DA, Marketing, Sales, Vendors, Contact Center leaders, Compliance, Legal, and other matrix partners to ensure successful implementation of change management initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project or change management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to think critically. They will be able to:
- Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines
- Lead cross-functional teams to drive organizational readiness and change management initiatives
- Maintain robust project management plans, ensuring stakeholders have visibility and sufficient time to provide input, guidance, and approvals
- Collaborate with multiple partners to drive implementation and change management
- Champion a healthy, welcoming culture that drives high performance
