Role Overview

We're seeking a skilled Global Experience Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our Global CX Team, you'll play a vital role in enhancing customer experience across regions and functions. Your expertise will help us test prototypes, implement improvements, and drive internal understanding of customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the global Customer Success team to determine which behaviors underlying outcome and perception metrics can be influenced to create better experiences for customers.
  • Work with business teams to deep dive into the root cause of customer feedback, develop, and test improvement hypotheses, and drive root cause resolutions.
  • Maintain project management documentation to track and report on customer experience improvement projects.
  • Combine and share findings in a structured way adapted to different audiences across the organization.
  • Drive internal understanding of the importance and impact of customer experience using internal and external events.
  • Owning CX product from conception through all product lifecycle phases.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree or higher from a recognized college or university.
  • 6-10 years of directly related experience.
  • Bilingual English-Spanish fluency.
  • Experience in CX and/or customer success and/or customer training.
  • Event management experience is highly recommended.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
