Job Title: Account Executive SSRM

The primary objective of this role is to establish and maintain relationships with Selling Partners (SPs) from the MX Marketplace, focusing on the adoption and re-adoption of key Amazon Marketplace Programs. This includes Fulfilled by Amazon (Prime), External Fulfillment, Advertising, Brand Tools, and Promotions, with the ultimate goal of enhancing Seller Experience (SX) and Customer Experience (CX).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and engage high-potential SPs to troubleshoot launch blockers and adopt programs that improve their performance on the marketplace.
  • Effectively prioritize and manage a pipeline of merchants to consistently meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Act as a business partner for merchants, providing data-driven insights and advice on adopting programs that optimize their success on Amazon.
  • Post-acquisition, build success cases with accounts by providing business insights, training, and identifying business opportunities and executing a growth strategy.
  • Enable merchants to learn and master Amazon's tools and systems to become self-sufficient in managing their catalog, inventory, and performance efficiently.
  • Track business development results, analyze, and interpret reports and information for your portfolio.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience exceeding quota and key performance metrics.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business.
  • Advanced written and verbal skills in Spanish and English.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with advanced Excel skills, including VBA/macros and advanced Excel functions.
  • SQL proficiency.
