About the RoleThe Customer Service Representative is responsible for supporting our clients with customer inquiries and support while demonstrating our company values.
This includes responding to customers via phone, answering general customer service duties and responsibilities, and maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound General Customer Service
- Bilingual (English) with the ability to communicate in English effectively and professionally with others
- Educate customer on specific information
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries
- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints
- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints
- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary
Requirements:
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily
- Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
- B2+ English level as minimum
- High school diploma
Work Environment:
This is a hybrid shift schedule mode after onsite training and production period. The training duration is 4 weeks onsite, followed by 2 weeks nesting onsite, and then 4 weeks onsite production period.
