**Job Summary:**

The Global Customer Service Expert is responsible for supporting our clients with customer inquiries and support while demonstrating our company values. This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**

- Inbound General Customer Service

- Bilingual (English) with the ability to communicate in English effectively and professionally with others

- Educate customers on specific information

- Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers always

- Responding promptly to customer inquiries

- Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints

- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions

- Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints

- Communicating and coordinating with colleagues, as necessary

- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support

**Requirements:**

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

- **Language Ability:** B2+ English level as minimum

- **Computer Skills:** Basic and general knowledge of computer skills with a 30+ WPM

- **Education/Experience:** High school diploma

**Work Environment:**

Schedule:

Training: 4 weeks onsite.

Nesting: 2 weeks onsite.

Onsite production period: 4 weeks.

Production shift: AM (6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

Hybrid shift schedule mode after onsite.

**Estimated Salary Range:** $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
