About the Role

This position plays a vital role in providing world-class customer service to Canadian businesses across various mediums, including chat and email.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support customers through multiple channels, utilizing net2phone's online portal and cloud-based tools like Salesforce.
  • Owning work from beginning to end, tracking all activities, and ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Maintaining clear communication in English and French, adapting to diverse customer needs.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Prior customer service experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or call center settings.
  • Basic computer skills and the ability to troubleshoot desktop and network issues.
  • A positive attitude, hustle, and desire for growth and development.
Preferred Qualifications

Bonus points if you have:

  • Used a CRM system to track customer activity (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Troubleshooting expertise, particularly with VoIP systems.
  • Technical background or hobbyist experience.
  • Previous experience working at a helpdesk or in a technical support role.
