In this role, you'll play a critical part in helping us achieve our mission.

The Customer Service & Support (CSS) team within CE&S is seeking a talented Technical Support Engineer to join our Modern Life, Gaming and Customer Service (MLGCS) organization. As a member of this team, you'll work closely with customers and partners to resolve technical issues, prevent future problems, and demonstrate new ways to achieve more from their Microsoft investment.

As a Technical Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and resolving customer issues through troubleshooting and collaboration with internal resources
  • Analyzing problems and developing solutions using log analysis and proprietary tools
  • Collaborating with cross-team and cross-product technical issues to resolve moderately complex customer issues
  • Providing feedback to improve products and processes

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 2+ years of technical support, consulting, or IT experience OR a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
  • Business-level fluency in English and Spanish
  • Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and research skills

Beyond these qualifications, we encourage applicants with Microsoft Technology Certifications, security or fraud experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer support.
