Job Description
As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, merchants, and customers. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing timely, accurate, and comprehensive responses to common questions and issues
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients and customers through effective communication
- Illustrating initiative by proactively contacting customers and merchants to address issues
- De-escalating challenging situations and providing exceptional customer support
Required Skills & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- High School diploma or GED
- Minimum two years of customer support experience with heavy inbound call volume
- Excellent listening skills and ability to manage challenging customer situations
- Proficient with Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Strong ability to work in a team and independent environment
