We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Representative to join our team. As a Customer Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Document all interactions with customers in our system.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

Requirements

  • English level B2 (required).
  • Intermediate use of computer programs.
  • Windows environment.
  • Ability to type proficiently.
  • High School Degree +.
  • Work experience +.

Salary Information

The salary for this position is ŬŻ 450,000.00 - ŬŻ 550,000.00 per month.
