Job Description:
We are seeking a Technical Support Specialist to join our team in Costa Rica. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing first- and second-level technical support to clients via phone and email.
You will assist clients with technical issues related to company products and services, identify the source of problems, determine the appropriate course of action to resolve the issue, and coach the user through the resolution process.
You will also receive client requests for company products or services, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues to subject matter experts when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent required; 1-2 years of call center experience preferred
- Strong PC and Internet knowledge (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome)
- Troubleshooting skills via phone and email (FTP, XML, JSON, AD)
- Advanced English Language skills, both verbal and written
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
