Customer Success Advocate

We're looking for a skilled Customer Retention Representative to be the primary point of contact between our Support Services Group and existing customers.
The ideal candidate will excel at addressing customer concerns, resolving issues, and providing top-notch support while maintaining a focus on long-term relationships.
This role involves:
- Managing inbound and outbound calls efficiently and professionally
- Following established protocols and scripts when handling various topics
- Identifying customer needs, clarifying information, researching issues, and offering solutions or alternatives
- Seizing opportunities to upsell products and services
- Building strong relationships and engaging with customers through extra efforts when possible
- Maintaining accurate records of all conversations in our call center database
- Meeting or exceeding individual and team qualitative and quantitative targets
To succeed in this position, candidates should possess:
- 1-2 years of experience in retention, collections, or outbound sales
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills, as well as active listening abilities
- Able to address complaints and issues effectively with a positive attitude
- Comfortability with CRM systems and best practices
- An empathetic customer-focused approach, flexibility in managing diverse personality types
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
