**Job Description:**

We are seeking a Technical Customer Advocate to join our team As a key member of our customer-facing organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide timely and effective resolution to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers

**Requirements and Qualifications:**

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the tech industry
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware and software
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; advanced degree preferred
