Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our End User Helpdesk team in Santa Ana, Costa Rica.
This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy utilizing technical knowledge to solve IT challenges and enable others to work effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service through effective troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Develop strong analytical and communication skills to ensure seamless support for customers.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proficiency in English (B2-C1 level) is required.
- Strong understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other technology products.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail skills.
