Auxis is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team in providing exceptional support to our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Provide excellent customer service by answering calls, greeting clients and visitors, and addressing their needs
  • Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare and submit reports, expense statements, and other administrative documents
  • Order office supplies, manage inventory, and maintain a well-organized workspace
  • Assist with onboarding new employees, coordinating training sessions, and preparing necessary documentation
  • Coordinate repairs to office equipment and perform basic maintenance tasks

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels
  • Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical degree preferred
  • English-Spanish language proficiency (B2 level in English)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
