**Job Overview:**
We are seeking an experienced Executive Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will provide high-level support to our executives, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and facilitating effective communication across the organization.
**Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative assistance with a strong focus on meeting arrangement, calendar management, travel coordination, and document preparation
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality
- Manage office operations and procedures, including but not limited to credit card processing, information management, supplies, and staffing
- Assist with event planning, expense tracking, and budget administration
- Perform other duties as assigned by senior management
**Requirements:**
- Strong understanding of Portuguese language and culture
- 2-3 years of related experience in executive support or a similar role
- Proficiency in SAP Concur software
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm
**Benefits and Compensation:**
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus comprehensive benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, retirement plan, and paid time off.
