Job Description

We are seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve handling a wide range of administrative tasks, including:

  • Preparing expense reports, coordinating meetings, and arranging travel logistics
  • Assisting with confidential and non-routine information
  • Preparing presentations and correspondence
  • Scheduling business meetings and coordinating outbound correspondence
  • Managing office supplies and equipment

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who excels in multitasking, has strong organizational skills, and is able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma (minimum) and 3 years of administrative experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work with data and perform analytical tasks
  • Customer service orientation and strong problem-solving skills
  • Occupational Health & Safety knowledge is a plus
