About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned and inspirational leader to own Seller adoption of our new products/strategic initiatives, driving growth for our US and EU/JP business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strategy for product/program adoption, interfacing with US Sellers and business leaders, and working closely with product teams to drive product development ideas that matter to our Sellers.
  • Own delivering results through an extended team of Account Managers.
Business Planning and Leadership

Own business goals on Seller adoption/retention of programs and building growth strategy for the function.

  • Modeling and forecasting business metrics for strategic decision-making to increase functional program adoptions among Sellers.
  • Work with multiple senior product stakeholders to develop strategies for identifying and prioritizing Sellers to receive support via 1:1 AM channels.
  • Act as a thought leader in defining success criteria and understanding business needs of Selling Partners in an ever-changing environment.
  • Analyze Seller behavior and performance trends, diagnose root causes and patterns, and create actionable plans for operational improvements.
  • Use data to provide insights to business leaders and represent the function in various forums (WBRs/MBRs/QBRs etc.).
  • Takes data-driven decisions to prioritize strategic initiatives and focus areas.
  • Develop weekly metrics to track critical inputs and outputs and report out in weekly business reviews and regular flash reports to senior management.
Process Excellence

Develop and implement account management best practices and SOPs into the business development framework.

  • Collaborate with other internal departments to support the improvement of tools and processes to enhance the Seller experience and drive productivity for Account Managers.
  • Identify, quantify, and define feature enhancements and new products to improve service offerings based on customer feedback, data analysis, and feature gaps.
Requirements:
  • Masters degree
  • Knowledge of SQL, Tableau, and VBA or willingness to learn
  • E-commerce experience preferred
  • Analytical tendencies with a natural curiosity to measure, test, learn, and iterate
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in composing concise, accurate, and appropriately targeted responses
