The Sales Account Executive will play a key role in expanding our customer base and driving revenue growth through aggressive business development and sales strategies. This individual will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering results-driven sales solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate new accounts through incoming leads, social selling, and networking events
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
  • Maintain a deep understanding of UA's pricing, administrative procedures, and organizational structure to deliver timely client solutions

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in General Business, Marketing, or Psychology
  • Knowledge of CRM software, specifically Salesforce
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel skills
  • Consultative selling skills with a proven track record of closing sales
  • Relevant B2B telephone sales experience with a demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets
