Pfizer seeks a highly skilled Sales Performance Enhancement Specialist to join its Commercial Excellence team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving sales performance and business growth through the development and implementation of commercial strategies.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial processes, project management using agile methodologies, and effective monitoring of commercial actions to guarantee sustainability, performance, and compliance.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement commercial strategies to enhance sales performance and drive business growth
  • Manage and analyze customer information to provide insights to the organization
  • Create sales information distributors' business review tools
  • Collaborate with Commercial Managers, Business Support Analysts, NAM leads, HR Managers, Trade Marketing Managers, and CBLs to ensure alignment and effective execution of commercial strategies

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, marketing)
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry or related field
  • Strong analytical skills, ability to measure projects, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, deliver high-quality work within tight timelines, and maintain minimal supervision
