This role plays a critical part in helping us maintain high performance and effectiveness in our sales organization.
The successful candidate will partner with colleagues across the globe to design and deliver new capabilities that enhance our sales efforts.
A key focus area is onboarding new sales professionals and facilitating the integration of newly acquired firms into our sales organization.
The individual will also assist sales professionals with complex quoting requirements and develop content for e-learning programs.
Dashboards and reports will be created to track sales effectiveness, and customer journeys will be mapped to optimize interactions.
Sales enabling technology tools and services will be researched, piloted, and evaluated to enhance usability and drive seller effectiveness.
Ongoing assessments will be conducted to identify areas for process improvements and recommend changes to drive better results.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as experience working with sales teams and CRM systems.
In addition to the base salary range of $75,500 to $109,400, this role is eligible for annual performance incentive compensation and offers a competitive benefits package.
