About the Role
This Distributor Markets Manager position is responsible for managing key accounts and driving sales growth for Novartis products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and key account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with key customers, maximizing business opportunities through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
- Ensure consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues through positive planning, deployment, and management of available resources.
- Coordinate with all areas concerned with the deal (Sandoz & Third party) to ensure optimal implementation and follow-up: Forecast, Supply, POs, Invoicing, Credit notes, Price and discounts, FF KPIs.
- Act as Liaison between Sandoz and partners for any matter of importance to the deal.
- Assess new business opportunities for Sandoz, new distribution channels improvement.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in KAM or Alliance positions
- Knowledge of Institutional business
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- University degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or similar
