**Your Career**

We're currently recruiting for a Sales Compensation Analyst within the Human Resources organization. As a member of our team, you'll participate in the roll-out of compensation plans to the sales force, prepare supporting documentation, and assist in researching and responding to Sales employees' ServiceNow-submitted questions.

You'll also train Sales and Sales Operations employees on the details of the compensation plan and design, conduct meetings with Sales and Sales Operations employees on all aspects of compensation inquiries, and assist in the monthly preparation of commissions forecasts, accruals, and payments for domestic and international sales organizations.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Participate in the roll-out of compensation plans to the sales force
