In this highly rewarding role as Renewals and Growth Specialist at Micro Focus, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's revenue growth. Your primary focus will be on driving renewals and expansions within the installed base, while also identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive renewals and expansions within the installed base
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and relationship-building
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of sales processes
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive loyalty and retention

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • 4-6 years of selling or account management experience, preferably in the IT industry
  • A proven track record of sales success, including a demonstrated ability to move leads through the entire sales process independently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong consultative relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • A thorough knowledge of Micro Focus's portfolio and solutions, as well as the client procurement processes and key decision criteria for winning new and maintaining existing business
