Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a Social Media Outreach Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential customers via Instagram, engaging with them in a personable way, and analyzing the success of different scripts.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in English, and have experience working in a performance-driven role. They will also be able to work with minimal oversight, hit outreach targets, and engage with customers in a way that provides value.
Responsibilities- Proactively reach out to potential customers via Instagram
- Engage with customers on Instagram and capture their details
- Analyze and split test the success of different scripts
- Keep key stakeholders informed on the status of customer outreach
- A GREAT conversationalist - fluent in English and ability to hold a conversation in perfect American English
- Ability to engage with customers in a personable way - not just following scripts
- Ability to hit outreach targets including minimum customer engagements
- Ability to work with minimal oversight
- Added bonus - if you have experience creating content and posting on Instagram
