Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Emerson. As a key member of our customer-facing group, you will be responsible for inputting orders from internal or external customers into Salesforce and Oracle System.

Your primary duties will include creating, retrieving, opening, and validating customer purchase orders prior to inputting in the Salesforce and Digital Platforms. You will also perform daily hold reports, create new contacts and accounts for end users or sold to/ship to accounts, and handle password resets, licenses queries, upgrades, transfers, and fixes for licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Input orders from internal or external customers into Salesforce and Oracle System.
  • Create, retrieve, open, and validate customer purchase orders.
  • Perform daily hold reports.
  • Create new contacts and accounts for end users or sold to/ship to accounts.
  • Handle password resets, licenses queries, upgrades, transfers, and fixes for licensing.
