You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless issue resolution and develop strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Job Description:
- Deliver exceptional customer service while addressing high-severity issues.
- Utilize strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to resolve complex technical challenges.
- Foster long-lasting relationships with customers through effective communication and collaboration.

Key Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in tech support or escalation.
- Proficiency in written and oral English and French languages.
