Customer Experience Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team at Convera. As a leading provider of B2B cross-border payments, we strive to deliver exceptional customer experiences through efficient and timely handling of pre- and post-transaction queries.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with clients and provide high-quality interactions. You will also need to be familiar with office productivity tools and have experience navigating computerized data entry systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and encourage clients to utilize digital platforms by demonstrating the functionality of online tools and explaining the benefits.
- Handle client contacts with a professional demeanor and adhere to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Contribute towards trend analysis of calls to support strategic client experience enhancements.
