Job Overview

The Customer Success Specialist will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and driving high adoption levels of our products and services.

Responsibilities

  1. Review CRM cases and provide timely follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction
  2. Engage with customers to monitor product adoption and consumption levels
  3. Promptly address customer escalations and collaborate with internal teams as needed
  4. Log all account and opportunity activity in relevant platforms
  5. Provide entry-level training and demonstrations
  6. Analyze customer data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience required
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Able to execute instructions and request clarification when needed
  • Basic data entry and mathematical calculation skills
  • Ability to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Adaptability to change and willingness to learn new systems and technology
