Our Customer Experience and Success (CEnS) organization is pivotal in achieving this vision, driving the strategy, design, and implementation of our end-to-end customer experience. As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll work closely with various stakeholders to identify and recommend opportunities for innovation and improvement.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Collaborate with Delivery Partner Engineers and Advocates to provide technical coaching and guidance.
  • Work with the Support Delivery Manager and CSS Training teams to address readiness gaps and ensure effective knowledge sharing.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in key areas, including case management, readiness content, and collaboration activities.
  • Contribute to Supportability efforts, analyzing cases and identifying patterns to inform process improvements.
  • Participate in product group triages and drive down time to competency for Delivery Partner resources.

**Requirements:**

To succeed in this role, you'll need fluent English language skills and proficiency in networking protocols, client-side caching, DFS namespaces, network load balancing, wireless technologies, remote file systems, Windows Firewall and Security, Network Policy Server, remote access, and Windows Information Protection. You must also be able to meet Microsoft's security screening requirements.
