Experience Resolution Specialist

The Experience Resolution Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will work closely with customers to resolve their concerns and provide personalized support.
Main Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
- Facilitate problem resolution in accordance with established procedures
- Update and maintain accurate records within our CRM system
- Perform necessary steps to initiate account transactions and investigations
- Inform cardholders of billing dispute procedures and escalate calls as needed
- Verify and activate new and re-issued cards
- Maintain knowledge of current company policies and procedures
- Support colleagues and take escalated calls from cardholders
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- English language proficiency (B1+ level)
