The Experience Resolution Specialist plays a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This individual will work closely with customers to resolve their concerns and provide personalized support.

Main Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Facilitate problem resolution in accordance with established procedures
  • Update and maintain accurate records within our CRM system
  • Perform necessary steps to initiate account transactions and investigations
  • Inform cardholders of billing dispute procedures and escalate calls as needed
  • Verify and activate new and re-issued cards
  • Maintain knowledge of current company policies and procedures
  • Support colleagues and take escalated calls from cardholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • English language proficiency (B1+ level)
