We are seeking an Incident Resolution Specialist to join our team at Equifax. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving incidents that impact our systems and services. You will work closely with our global incident managers and business partners to ensure consistent and effective incident resolution.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in ITIL process and problem management, with experience creating process designs, managing policies and procedures, and measuring team activities. They will also have excellent technical and process guidance skills, as well as strong communication skills to interact with team members at various levels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and resolve incidents that impact Equifax systems and services
  • Work closely with global incident managers and business partners
  • Create process designs and manage policies and procedures
  • Measure team activities and provide feedback
  • Provide technical and process guidance support

Requirements:

  • English proficiency B2+ or above
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 3 years of experience in ITIL process and problem management
  • Strong research, problem-solving, critical thinking, analytic, and time management skills
  • Experience with common ITSM Tool Suites (ServiceNow preferably Problem module)
