**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Critical Incident Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-severity technical issues, providing timely updates to customers, and ensuring resolution of issues through effective communication with cross-functional teams.

**Responsibilities**

  • Manage critical incidents from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
  • Communicate frequently and effectively with customers, keeping them informed of case progress and resolution.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions.

**Qualifications**

  • 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer service.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
