**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our Critical Incident Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing high-severity technical issues, providing timely updates to customers, and ensuring resolution of issues through effective communication with cross-functional teams.
**Responsibilities**
- Manage critical incidents from initial contact to resolution, ensuring timely and accurate issue resolution.
- Communicate frequently and effectively with customers, keeping them informed of case progress and resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify root causes of issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all cases, including queries, process steps, and resolutions.
**Qualifications**
- 1+ year of experience in technical support or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish languages.
- Familiarity with Microsoft products and services.
