**Overview of the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled Customer Service Specialist to join our team at Teleperformance Costa Rica. As a key member of our customer experience team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients.

**Primary Responsibilities**

- Supports clients through various transactions and activities.
- Assists cardholders with questions about their accounts in a timely manner.
- Facilitates problem resolution in accordance with established client policies and procedures.
- Maintains accurate information within the client's CRM system.
- Completes necessary steps to initiate account transactions and investigations as required.
- Transfers calls to internal departments for support when necessary.
- Performs verification and activation of new and re-issued cards.
- Remains up-to-date on current client policy and procedure changes.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

- Basic computer orientation is required.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

**Compensation Details**

- Salary: ¢490,000.00 - ¢550,000.00 per month.
