We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager - Latin America to lead our sales efforts in the region. As a trusted advisor to our customers, you will provide expert guidance on infrastructure architecture, leveraging our SaaS and IaaS products.
Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:**
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers and vendor regional managers.
- Selling our products and services, aligned with our overall business strategy.
- Providing pre-sales and technical support for Infrastructure architecture in cloud and OnPrem environments.
- Leveraging your expertise to drive business development, forecast accurately, and achieve strategic goals.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
You Will Need:**
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Marketing, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Cloud architecture, GCP, and IaaS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Spanish and English (preferably).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
