About the Role:
The Dispute Resolution Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that invoice disputes are handled in a professional and timely manner, adhering to all necessary guidelines. This includes researching results, documenting dispute re-assignments, and working alongside other departments and subject matter experts in the review process.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure dispute statuses are correctly assigned for visibility purposes
- Maintain excellent internal and external customer service at all times
- Process credits and debits per guidelines and document resulting offsets for US Offsets
- Proactively identify and resolve issues prior to dispute creation
- Collaborate with management in the year-end review process
- Track and report departmental KPIs

Requirements:
Education: High School Diploma or Business Administration/Finance related college graduate
Experience: 3 years' experience in Credit & Collections and/or Dispute Management
Skills: Financial transactions knowledge, continuous improvement, time management, communication, and strong oral and written communication skills
