About the Role

This position is part of Intel's Human Resources group, responsible for hiring, developing, and retaining top talent while strengthening the company culture and values.

As an HR Generalist Specialist, you will provide support to internal customers, resolving queries related to benefits and other internal programs. You will gather feedback, research relevant guidelines, and respond promptly to inquiries. Your tasks may involve coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies regarding company policies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve internal customer queries on benefits and other internal programs.
  • Gather and clarify feedback from internal customers through various methods, research guidelines, and respond to inquiries.
  • Provide coaching, influencing, and dispute resolution strategies on company policies.

Requirements

  • Minimum qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Systems Engineering, Statistics, or similar.
  • 1+ years of experience managing administrative/back-office and/or customer service tasks for different stakeholders.
  • Advanced English level for documentation, conference calls, responding to tickets, and presentations to partners and stakeholders.
  • Possess a permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
  • Desirable skills: Advanced Excel skills and automation capabilities in tools like Macros, Power Query, or similar.
