**About BlueForce Inc.**

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Admin & Support Assistants to join our team. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations in Central America and other Western Hemisphere countries.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Assist in budget formulation and financial planning;
  • Perform liaison activities within and outside the office setting;
  • Review purchase requests and funding procedures;
  • Conduct monthly and yearly account reconciliations;
  • Organize and direct administrative work of team members;
  • Coordinate evaluations of meetings and progress;
  • Manage inventory and record keeping;
  • Clerical, administrative, travel, and logistical support may be required;

**Minimum Qualifications:**

  • MRPT certification or RSO Clearance;
  • Bachelor's degree;
  • At least five (5) years of administrative experience in a professional setting;
  • FSI level 3/3 Spanish, FSI level 4/4 English;
  • Experience using Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish;
  • Ability to learn new software;
