**Job Description**
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator Assistant to provide administrative support to our HRD employees. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and updating calendars, preparing documents, and responding to routine calls and inquiries.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and update calendars to ensure seamless scheduling and coordination.
- Prepare documents, reports, charts, and graphs to facilitate informed decision-making.
- Collect and compile information to support data-driven decisions.
- Respond to routine calls and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
**Requirements:**
- High School diploma or equivalent plus two years of post-high school education or training.
- One to four years of Secretarial or Administrative Assistant experience.
- Sufficient familiarity with standard office software, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
