Job Description:
You will be responsible for managing our facilities' inventory, performing routine maintenance and repairs, and coordinating with vendors to ensure seamless operations. You will also assist in the management of facilities-related budgets and provide excellent customer service to our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inventory Administration: Maintain accurate records of all facility-related inventory, including office supplies, equipment, and maintenance materials.
- Computer Maintenance: Coordinate routine maintenance and repairs for all office computers and related equipment.
- Equipment Repair Coordination: Manage the process of equipment repair requests, including logging requests, coordinating repairs with external vendors, and ensuring timely completion.
- Accounting Tasks: Assist in the management of facilities-related budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing reports for review.
- Space Utilization Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to plan the best allocation and utilization of space and resources for new buildings or reorganizing current premises.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in facilities management, business administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in facilities management or a related role, with a strong understanding of inventory management, computer maintenance, and space planning.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facilities management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
