**Responsibilities**

As a Support Operations Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting with Amazon vendors, stakeholders, and customers via virtual meetings and/or calls;
  • Executing end-to-end processes and tools related to daily investigation tasks;
  • Analyzing and investigating vendor chargeback disputes;
  • Ensuring correct responses and processing;
  • Seeking to improve internal processes to reduce and optimize the flow of chargebacks;
  • Participating in the process of education for our vendors;
  • Identifying issues and proactively seeking solutions;
  • Actively looking for areas of opportunity for improvement of SOPs (Standard Operation Procedures) and internal documentation.

**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 6+ months of customer service experience;
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken;
  • A High School diploma.

**Preferred Qualifications**

We are looking for candidates with experience using Microsoft Office products and applications, as well as a University Bachelor's degree.
