The Chargeback Resolution Expert will process chargeback claims for wholesalers in the US and Puerto Rico and resolve exceptions related to contracts, products, and membership timely and accurately. Regular interfaces with internal and external customers, including GFS Americas, Wholesalers, Contract teams, Business Technology, and A/R and Collections, are essential. The Chargeback Analyst will identify data and systems issues related to wholesaler chargeback submissions timely, work to eliminate recurring issues, and reduce rework.
