**Job Description**

The VOD Support Expert is responsible for providing support and resolution for cases/tickets concerning VOD assets on customer platforms. This includes investigating and resolving issues, offering solutions and fixes, and communicating with customers and internal teams.

**Responsibilities**

  • Investigate and resolve issues related to VOD assets on customer platforms
  • Offer solutions and fixes for issues within the scope of the VOD Service Desk Team
  • Communicate and handle escalated issues with customers, internal teams, and vendors/providers

**Requirements**

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of professional experience in a live operations environment
  • Ability to type 25+ WPM with high accuracy

**Salary Range**

  • ¢600,000.00 - ¢700,000.00 per month
